I am definitely clearer on what I need to do when I find myself in these unpleasant overwhelming situations. And more importantly you help me identify the cause/or name for this feeling. Sometimes I just term it unhappy but now I know better. Thanks for sharing. Really

Once again wonderful advice Lili. I can very much relate and often find myself feeling overwhelmed. Thankfully I have my zumba which gets me moving and is kind of like my own form of mediation. Thanks.
